soulwork was born from the belief that rest is radical, and healing happens when we slow down enough to listen.

 my method

Deemed as “life-changing” by many of my students, soulwork infuses breathwork, intentional movement, journalling, mantras, sound, herbs, and other modalities into each class.

Each experience takes you beyond just releasing stress and getting strong.

Explore how we do it.

  • healing is an individualized process designed to support your mind, body, and spirit.

each experience provides the space for you to do as much or as little as your soul needs in each session.

    your soul. your work.

  • Each experience, whether a class or soultherapy session, allows you to connect to a power greater than yourself, and to move in a way that feels creative and expansive.

This is where we heal, this is where we grow.

  • Each experience is infused with mantras, affirmations, and enough intentional discomfort to learn to deepen your confidence and trust from within.

Helping you in every day life to make decisions with ease.

  • There is nothing more powerful for your healing than nervous system regulation.

Each class is infused with breathwork, movement, mantras, music, and other modalities to help you release energy and old wounds, so you can step into the person you were always meant to be.

In a world that glorifies doing, soulwork was born from a deep longing for real, embodied rest.

What began as a quiet offering of restorative yoga classes has blossomed into a sanctuary for women seeking to

soften, slow down, and reconnect with the rhythm of their own hearts.

Each experience weaves movement, mindful stillness, breathwork, frequencies, and intention into a gentle ritual of healing.

It’s roots are in the belief that healing doesn’t happen through striving, it happens through being present wherever you are. In every breath, every pause, and every shared moment,

soulwork reminds us that rest is not a luxury; it’s a way back to wholeness. It is where body, heart, and spirit meet. A space to slow down, to breathe, and to remember that you have always been enough.

I realized that when I stopped performing, I started to heal.

Hi, I’m Lexi.

I founded soulwork on the need for deeply transformative healing.

After years of therapy, I turned to a different modality to heal.

Yoga.

I got my 200hr certification, was experiencing incredible yoga classes in my community: getting strong, being consistent, sweating out the toxins.

But didn’t feel like I was “healing” in the way that yogic philosophy or therapy promised.

I was still depressed, I didn’t feel good in my skin, I felt disconnected from the people around me, and I didn’t love the person that I was.

I was going to a dozen classes a month, still seeing my therapist, so why wasn’t I feeling better?

One late night, after a long week of travelling for my corporate job, it hit me.

If I wasn’t getting what I needed to heal in my community, why don’t I build it?

That’s how soulwork was born:

From the belief that the promises of traditional talk therapy and the philosophy of yoga could transform my life and the lives of those around me if I integrated the two teachings into one.

We talk, we move, we breathe, we release what is no longer serving us.
