your mind already understands.
your body is still waiting.
you've done the work.
Maybe years of it.
Therapy.
Journaling.
Self-help books that changed how you think about yourself.
And you're grateful for all of it.
But there's something that hasn't changed.
The slow rage that builds when you’re triggered. The spiral that takes over even when you know what's happening. The way you still abandon your boundaries when you need them most.
You understand your patterns.
You just can't seem to stop living them.
That's your body still holding something your mind has already processed.
And that's exactly what this work is for.
"I really, really got so much more out of these sessions than I was expecting. I'm blown away by how much my life has changed already. Lexi is an incredible mentor and guide. " — L.N.
soultherapy is a one-on-one online experience that works at the place where traditional therapy approaches stop:
the body and its connection to the mind and spirit.
Traditional therapy approaches often forget that our body, mind, and spirit are all connected.
We are often taught to look at this triad individually, but science proves that they are all deeply interconnected.
soultherapy is a blend of psychosomatics and yoga philosophy that helps you connect breath, movement, and emotional awareness to help your nervous system regulate. The missing piece from traditional talk therapy.
The big secret to this approach?
Presence in your body, with your feelings.
Each session is shaped around your individual needs and fosters a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. It is transformative in ways that words can’t always describe.
My clients experience a wide variety of relief in their life, with the most common being the weight of the masks they’ve been carrying for their entire lives.
the tools we work with
-
Your body has been keeping score long before you knew there was a game. That knot in your stomach before a hard conversation. The way your shoulders climb toward your ears when someone needs something from you. The exhaustion that has no obvious cause.
This is your body sending you messages.
Somatic awareness is the practice of learning to receive them. Of slowing down enough to ask what is my body trying to tell me right now? and actually waiting for the answer. Most of us were never taught this. We were taught to push through, to think our way out, to manage. This work gently reverses that. It teaches you to come back into your body as a place of information, not just a vessel you carry your mind around in.

Breath is the one thing your nervous system does automatically and the one thing you can also choose to lead. That bridge between involuntary and conscious is where a lot of healing lives.
When we work with breath intentionally, we're communicating directly with the part of your nervous system that decides whether you're safe. Whether you can open. Whether it's okay to let something go. A single breath, taken with awareness, can shift something that years of understanding couldn't touch.

Long before yoga became a workout, it was a map to understanding what it means to be a whole human being.
One of its most enduring teachings is that the body, mind, and energy are not separate systems to be managed independently. They are one continuous conversation.
When something happens to you emotionally, it lives somewhere physically. When you move your body with intention, it creates space emotionally. This philosophy doesn't ask you to be spiritual or to believe anything in particular. It simply asks you to stop treating your body as separate from your healing and to start working with all of you, not just the parts you can think about.
what happens in a session?
Every 60-minute online session is slightly different depending on what you’re experiencing, but the structure often includes:
We start by talking
We open with a conversation about what's feeling heavy, stuck, loud, or quietly persistent. You don't need to have it figured out or know how to articulate it perfectly. We find it together..
Emotional awareness
Together we identify the emotions underneath the experience and begin noticing how those emotions show up in your body.
Gentle embodied practice
Through slow somatic movement and chakra-based awareness, we create space for the body to soften and release tension.
Breathwork
Guided breathing helps shift the body out of stress responses and supports emotional processing.
Reflection and integration
We end by giving language to what surfaced through conversation, journaling, or simply sitting with what shifted. This helps the work move from concept to wisdom. .
The soultherapy promise
Over time, clients often notice that they are able to:
Many personal development approaches focus on understanding.
Understanding your past.
Understanding your triggers.
Understanding your behavior.
And that awareness is important.
But real change happens when the body begins to experience something different.
When your nervous system learns that it’s safe to respond in a new way.
Soultherapy focuses on the place where that shift happens.
Not just in the story of your experiences.
But in the felt experience of your body.
Our pricing vs traditional therapy
Real change in the nervous system doesn’t happen in a single conversation. It happens through consistent experiences of safety, awareness, and release, repeated over time until your body begins to trust a new way of responding.
Some people begin by simply exploring the work. Others feel ready to commit to a deeper rhythm of support. Below are the ways we can begin.
3-Session Introduction
A gentle place to start.
Experience the Soultherapy process across several sessions so your body has time to settle into the work and begin integrating change.
3-Month Bi-Weekly Support
Steady support with space to integrate.
Meeting every two weeks creates space for reflection, practice, and nervous system regulation as real-life situations arise.
3-Month Weekly Support
For deeper immersion and continuity.
Weekly sessions create a consistent container for emotional processing and regulation, helping the body learn new responses more quickly.
a little about me
I came to this work because I needed it first.
After years in therapy, I had language for everything. I understood my patterns, my triggers, my story. I was, by every measure, doing the work.
And still my body kept repeating what my mind had already released.
It wasn't until I found the intersection of yoga philosophy, breathwork, and body-based awareness that something actually started to shift. Not logically. In my body. In the way I moved through a hard conversation. In the way I stopped reacting to things that used to knock me flat.
I've been teaching movement for over 15 years. I'm a certified yoga instructor and wellness facilitator, and I've worked with individuals, groups, and corporate teams. But more than any credential, I've lived through this process. I know what it feels like to be smart about your healing and still feel stuck. And I know what it feels like when the body finally lets something go.
That's the space I hold for you.
"Our work together felt deeply spiritual and incredibly healing. I walk out feeling lighter, more grounded, and completely reset. I'm grateful to start to know and love myself again, and to let go of my past that no longer serves me." — Brooke P.
