    This class is an invitation to slow down — to melt into stillness, to breathe deeply, and to remember your own rhythm beneath the noise of daily life. Guided with warmth and care, each posture is fully supported by props, allowing your body to release effort and find ease. Gentle breathwork, grounding sound bath, sage, blankets, pillows and intentional pauses create space for deep rest and inner healing.

    A slow, intentional flow to help you feel grounded, open, and alive without the pressure to push or perform.

    Glow Flow blends gentle movement with mindful breath, helping you shake off the day and reconnect to yourself. Each sequence moves at a calm, steady pace — just enough to build warmth and ease tension, while keeping space for presence and pause.

    A playful yoga adventure where imagination leads the way! We become soaring birds, tall trees, and sparkling stars as we move, breathe, and explore together. Through stories, games, and gentle rest, little yogis learn to feel calm, brave, and connected — shining brightly just as they are.
